Do you offer a free web design consultation in Edinburgh?
Yes, we always like to meet, if not face to face in the studio, via video or phone call so we can learn more about your business and how we can help.
Do you use WordPress to create websites?
Yes, we use the content management system called WordPress as it is very intuitive for both ourselves and the client. We use a builder called Divi which gives us great scope to create bespoke design. No templates.
Do I get WordPress training?
Yes, we provide free WordPress training, via Zoom or face to face.
Do you have an office I can come and see you?
Yes we have a dedicated studio near Cameron Toll. You can meet us face to face and we are on hand any time to help you.
Do I have to pay a deposit for a website?
Yes. We ask for 50% deposit and the balance is paid on launch of the website.
What about hosting? Do you do this?
Yes, we can organise hosting for you and ensure you are in charge of your own account. There is transparancy on what you pay for and we generally work with Go Daddy as they are contactable at all times. If you prefer another hosting company we have no problem working with others.
Are we tied in to any contract?
No. There is no contract and once the website is created there no additional fees.
